Scrappy Log Cabin Rag Tag

Materials

Scraps from the previous Chevron Baby Blanket, because I didn’t want the scraps of Liberty to go to waste!

Pattern

A simple stitching of strips to a central square of fabric, creating what’s known as a “log cabin” design (though this is not a great example of a log cabin, most have many more strips around). Then used my previous method of making it a Rag Tag with the ribbons and a piece of minky backing (sewing right side together with folded ribbons facing in, leave a gap, pull it all through, then top stitch around to close it up and finish it off).
